Students must have completed 12 CSU San Marcos units in order to join a fraternity or sorority chapter. Transferred college units and AP credit can meet this requirement. It is highly recommended that students have a 2.50 GPA, and some individual chapters maintain an even higher minimum GPA requirement. Students cannot be enrolled through Extended Studies/Open University. The CSUSM Recruitment Registration Form is due one week prior to recruitment dates.
